How to convert Google applications ➡ Microsoft Office applications

For editing and easy viewing, documents can be converted to Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.) by first clicking the desired link below (download the file if necessary).  Once the document is opened, go to the navigation bar at the top of the document, then click ➡ File ➡ Download and choose the desired application to view the file.
