This in-person only, free event is for those wanting to learn or receive a refresher in Business Continuity Planning. The workshop will include hands-on activities that will walk participants through the steps of developing a Business Impact Analysis and a Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Presentations include:

• Multi-Collaborative Approach to Disaster Preparedness

The target audience for this event includes Healthcare Emergency Managers, Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant Managers, Clinical Directors at Long Term Care Centers, Clinics, Surgery Centers, Home Health / Hospice entities, and others directly responsible for continuity planning in the Los Angeles County Healthcare Coalition (HCC).

This event is mandatory for HPP fund recipients that are new to their position and have never attended an HCC sponsored BCP event within three years.
