2026 Healthcare Business Continuity Workshop
“Finding optimal paths toward better solutions.”
This year's workshop includes Long-Term Care sector and the Home Health & Hospice sector sharing their response activities and continuity efforts following the January 2025 fires. In addition, we will have a presentation on a hospital lithium battery fire incident, Code Dark: cyber-preparedness, and the basics of continuity planning.

Target Audience:
The target audience for this event includes anyone responsible for continuity planning in your organization. This includes, but is not limited to, Hospital Emergency Managers, Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant Managers, Directors of Long-Term Care Centers, Clinics, Dialysis Centers, Surgery Centers, and Home Health & Hospice entities in the Los Angeles County Healthcare Coalition (HCC).
This event is mandatory for all HPP participating Hospitals with new EMOs and those who've not attended in the last 3 years.
